Q: What is PUREformance Cables return policy?

A: Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE returning any products. Issuance of an RMA does not mean credit will be issued. Credit will only be issued after returned product is received in original condition. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee or a $15.00 minimum. No allowance will be made for shipping costs, inbound or outbound. Product being returned must be shipped prepaid. Product returned without an RMA or with freight collect will be refused. No returns allowed after 30 days from purchase date.

Products that are defective or shipped in error by PUREformance Cables will not be subject to a restock fee.

Custom manufactured products cannot be cancelled and are not returnable for any reason unless they are found to be defective.

 

Q: Do you currently ship outside of the United States?

A: Yes, a carrier of your choice will be confirmed with our sales team. We will assist you with the transaction upon placement of order or by contacting us. See instructions here.
